"Sons are a heritage from the LORD, children a reward from him." Psalm 127:3 On April 10 at 1:55pm our boy of 7 pounds 8 ounces arrived from the heart of God into our hands. We chose to name him Asher. Asher was one of the sons of Jacob born to Leah's servant Zilpah. "Then Leah said, 'How happy I am! The women will call me happy.' So she named him Asher" (Genesis 30: 13). Having another son stirs so much emotion and thought inside of us. We immediately draw close to the LORD in prayer with much joy and a sense of great responsibility and humility. Thank you for your prayers and emails.
